Ana

  • 28/07/2021

Alquézar

Ana is currently the councillor in charge of culture in Alquézar, but she has spent her whole life working in the hostelry business. Until 2007, she was in charge of the Mesón del Vero together with her sister Mari, who we also portrayed.

However, tired of the rhythm they were going through, they decided to make a change. To restore the family home, Casa Pardina, where they were born, to turn it into a restaurant specialising in Somontano products. Ana and Mari, surrounded themselves with a team of women to run the restaurant, a conscious decision. Today you can have lunch among the olive trees that their father planted 30 years ago, in one of the most beautiful corners of the village.

Ana is in love with Alquézar and shows it naturally in every conversation. Precisely for this reason, she has been our accomplice since before arriving in the village. Through her we have managed to spread our project among the people of Alquézar. She has been one of the keys to the success of our participation.

Thank you!
